Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
The opportunity:
Executive, Regulatory Affairs (6-Months Contract)
As Sephora’s regulatory personnel, you can get behind-the-scenes on the innovation of cosmetic products. This role will expand your regulatory world with brands’ representatives to collate regulatory documentation and to ensure product registration is on track for timely launch. You will also be responsible for communicating and providing regulatory support to support internal and external stakeholders.

- Assisting the regulatory approval and product registration for cosmetics for local and regional offices with the support of local counterparts
- Coordinating with and supporting local franchise regulatory partners
- Ensuring registration renewals are activated on time
- Completing, managing, and filing of all documentation
- Maintaining the internal tracker
- Updating and approving brand portals

- A Bachelors’ Degree in any field
- Good with data managementa and working with an extensive database
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate well and influence stakeholders to negotiate successful outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint
