We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the aviation industry and a keen interest in spearheading the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be driving the development of our consumer mobile application and related products that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights. 

You should possess a deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors in the aviation and mobile app context; drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders towards a user-centric outcome. In doing so, you are expected to leverage design and technology to inform and direct policy decisions to improve overall user experience of the app.

In this role, you will join the product management team with a focus on product operations and release management. Your responsibilities include implementing, reviewing, and enhancing cross-functional processes to streamline product development and ensure seamless launches and updates. You will plan and manage the release lifecycle to drive user satisfaction and enterprise outcomes, while leading initiatives to optimize deployments. Additionally, you will drive the product strategy for specific products and features on the Changi App, based on input from business stakeholders, market research, and most importantly our app users. 

Responsibilities:
• Formulate, manage, and optimise processes and workflows for Changi App’s agile development lifecycle
• Drive performant deployments of app updates to deliver value in a frequent and risk-mitigated manner
• Facilitate iterative planning and quarterly prioritisation of product roadmap to achieve both product growth and enterprise goals
• Lead and implement improvements to product practices that are informed by performance tracking and retrospectives
• Manage tools, ways-of-work, and frameworks (for roadmapping, A/B testing, business continuity, etc.) that the product team uses
• Assist the product management leads to define product strategies and chart out roadmap for features on the Changi App that align with enterprise direction
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the customer journeys and from there, ideate, develop, launch, and iterate on product features while balancing user needs and business requirements
• Frame and prioritise problem statements to maximise value delivery
• Co-create high-level solutioning with UX/UI designers and tech developers for stakeholder buy-in
• Champion value-driven development by planning and conducting user testing, experimentation, and post-mortem analysis to validate feature fit
• Develop key metrics to measure the success of the products and determine next steps to scale or pivot
• Collaborate with the developers, designers, and relevant business units to build and iterate on phygital experiences associated with, but not limited to, attractions, events, parking, wayfinding, and payments
• Coordinate with business owners and developers on end-to-end setup of digital booking experience for events and campaigns
• Synthesise customer insights by analyzing data to derive recommendations
• Manage feedback on products and lead market analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar position
• Proven track record in Agile delivery of digital products will be an advantage; experience driving Agile transformation is a bonus
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master, or the equivalent, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc. preferred
