Position Tittle : F&B Operations Executive
Gross Salary Range (Basic+OT): $2500-3000
Industry : Caterer
Working Location : Kaki Bukit
Working Hour: 9am-7pm or 8am-6pm (Depend on arrangement of management)
Working Day: 6 days per week

Jobs Description:
- Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
- Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
- Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules

Jobs Requirement:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Willing and able to work for 6 working days per week
- Willing and able to work on weekends/public holidays that include Lunar New Year
- Positive, Self-driven, meticulous and able to assess situations and respond appropriately
- Able to inspire and encourage others
