We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Mortgage Retention Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Handle Mortgage Loan repricing and servicing requests for high net worth customers Provide independent and holistic Mortgage solutions to meet the home ownership needs of existing Mortgage customers Build relationships with existing Mortgage customers by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business Work closely with the product team to optimize on repricing packages offering and profitability of the existing Mortgage portfolio Execute proactive retention exercises initiated by the product team Review and streamline existing processes to provide a seamless customer experience Requirements Experience in sales and financial sector preferred Good understanding of related financial regulations and regulatory compliance Clear and concise written and verbal communication Effective time management, problem-solving and negotiation skills A Degree / Diploma with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in retail banking products
