Job Description

This role will be based out of Singapore or Indonesia maintaining work within the Southeast Asia region.

To be successful in a Lead Cost Estimator role, you will have an understanding in:

Support the cost estimating service across the region, with the view of taking on the Lead/PM role on future projects Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan. Manage the development of cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market place. Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing. Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.

Qualifications

A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar More than 15 years of experience within oil and gas will be preferred, offshore wind experience will be a bonus Track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level. Ability to produce resource based estimates, top down cost plans or parametric cost models Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement. Have a passion for mentoring the team and future generations. Extensive experience in producing cost estimates (AACE Class 2, 3, 4 and 5) and cost benchmarking for major CAPEX investments US$ 1B+ across the oil and gas, mining and clean energy sectors. Excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin and Bahasa an advantage. Good presentation and management skills.
