Impact on Business

Establish, plan, implement and achieve the business objective and strategy for ELA in alignment and cooperation with the global industry segment. Drive and own the achievement of sales targets of ELA segment with a strong focus on OEMs. Gaining strong ELA market position against competitors by allocating right sales resources for right customers and continuously driving them to do proactive sales approach towards potential customers. Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the sales team. Execute and translate global ELA strategy and initiatives in local level. Support GKAMs (i.e. of Samsung) to influence, lead and support local opportunities globally.

Innovation and Change

Identify the change of ELA industry trend and forecast customer’s needs proactively to lead a market share by setting up the strategy in advance. Set up the flexible organisation to react new ELA technology such as Semiconductor and secondary battery. Influence HQ to do design review of product to meet the market requirement with the competitive price.

People Leadership

Provide effective management, motivation, and development of the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets. Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing among team members. Implement strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top sales talent, ensuring a high-performing and engaged sales team. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, and inspiring and empowering the sales team to excel in their roles.


Key Requirements

University Degree (preferably electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering). Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales leadership role. Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of the Electric Light Assembly industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
