Senior Manager/AVP/VP

We are recruiting for a listed company with real estate portfolio primarily in Asia.
Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be developing and managing a high-quality investor relations programme, one that is recognised by institutional investors, retail investors and research analysts. You will work very closely with the senior management to ensure that consistent messages are delivered to stakeholders.
You will primarily be responsible in conveying strong, consistent and well-understood messages about the company’s vision and strategy. You will create a sustainable communications strategy and undertake all communications in line with international best practice and relevant market regulations. You will coordinate and improve internal processes to ensure effective communications with external audiences. You will undertake and co-ordinate the timely production of high-quality annual report in compliance with regulatory disclosure, organising conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings etc.
You will also be responsible for monitoring research analysts’ forecast on an ongoing basis, comparison with the internal estimates and guide market expectations as appropriate, monitoring and reviewing analyst reports and highlight any key issues for discussion. You will analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour or any other issues which will impact he company. You will provide insights on market activity and develop and maintain a network of capital markets participants relationships etc.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of relevant experience in an Investor Relations/Equities Capital Markets and or Corporate Finance experience with a Listed Company.
You are a high energy individual with the ability to multi-task.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and managing stakeholders of different levels.
You are highly numerical and possess a can-do spirit.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a highqualityinvestor relations (“IR”) programme, one that is recognised by institutional investors, retail investors and research analysts as being a leading proponent of IR in the Singapore REIT sector.
This role will work closely with the CEO, CFO and the Head of Asset Management to ensure consistent messages are delivered to stakeholders.
Investor Relations
Convey strong, consistent and well-understood messages about the REIT, and to develop investors’ and analysts’ confidence in the REIT Manager’s vision and strategy for delivering unitholder value in respect of REITCreatea sustainablecommunications strategythrough a programme of regular communication to maintain and strengthen the REIT’s profile with investors, analysts and other key stakeholdersUndertake all communications in line with international best practice and relevant market regulation Co-ordinate and improve internal processes to ensure effective communications with external audiencesUndertake and co-ordinate the timely production of high quality annual report in compliance with regulatory disclosureProvide regular and ad-hoc updates to the Board of Directors on IR activities and resulting outcomeOrganise conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings, as well as activities that will raise the profile of the REITCapital Markets
