In order to reinforce the FBO team in Singapore we are currently recruiting for a FBO Operations Manager As a FBO Operations Manager within Jet Aviation you will be responsible for successfully guiding, stimulating, and achieving the FBO’s profitability, with the priorities, set forth by the organization and ensuring stable and high customer satisfaction as well as compliance in the FBO. You will provide day to day leadership for your assigned FBO with a specific focus on developing and executing global Jet Aviation strategy for sustainable and profitable bottom-line growth. As the FBO Operations Manager, you will have operational and tactical responsibility for the FBO portfolio in your site. You will be collaborating closely with the regional operations, site operations, and matrixed support functions including Strategic Global Growth (BD, Sales, Marketing, Communication), Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Legal, Contracts & Compliance to ensure that the cohesive Jet Aviation strategy set forth for your region and site is being executed. Description/Tasks: Maintains tight control over schedules, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of customer requirements  Drives a continuous improvement and quality culture and ensures that employees collaborate effectively with regional as well global support functions on streamlining processes, systems, tools  Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.  Drives a culture of trust, honesty, alignment, transparency and performance throughout the region in line with JET VALUES  Ensures that strong successors are in place and develops local Jet Aviation talents.  Ensures compliance with applicable laws, aviation regulations, and applicable GD and Jet Aviation policies.  Conduct business ethically according to GD Blue Book regulations, and applicable GD and Jet Aviation policies Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

People Management:

Motivate and appraise high performance of staff Maintain calm and professional manner in high pressure situations Provide and receive stakeholder and customer feedback Prioritize tasks and effectively manage time to ensure the highest levels of productivity Carry out risk assessment and analysis of any new work to be undertaken of existing and new projects Provide training and supervision to staff as required

Customer Service:

Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times to all customers, suppliers and partners Ensure the FBO facility is clean and maintained to an exceptional standard at all times Work with external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of services to meet customer expectations within agreed budget Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, partners and stakeholders. Qualification/Experience: Strong track-record/at least 5 years experience in successfully managing profitability of a Fixed Based Operations or equivalent operations  Solid understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework  Demonstrated success in achieving EBIT goals  Strong understanding of Singapore aviation regulations and requirements. Class 3 Driving License.  Demonstrated success in customer relationship management Excellent time management skills Ability to meet critical deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously A positive can-do attitude Customer service and safety focused  Excellent communications, customer service and people skills  Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability  Strong initiative and self-direction Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
