Limousine Driver

Position Overview

The driver will be responsible to provide point to point transfer for hotel guest upon request in the best way to represent Capella's service standards.

The Role:

• Check with Living Room team for daily limousine transfers and assignments
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle both exterior and interior
• Ensure hotel vehicles are regularly serviced and well maintained. Daily checks to include engine oil, radiator, battery water, tyre pressure etc.
• Record the movement of the vehicle on the record book: mileage/fuel/cash card.
• Drive hotel executives as and when required
• Approach every guest in friendly, enthusiastic, courteous tone and manner, with an emphasis on personalized service.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rooms
• Maintain professional grooming, in line with Capella's grooming standards

Talent Profile:

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Excellent knowledge of local area
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to drive all speed shifts of vehicle, van, limousines, shuttles and automobile
• Must have a Class 3 license
• Must maintain clean driving record
