Job Responsibilities

Ensure all organization requests are delivered promptly and all deliveries are acknowledged clearly by the recipient. Handles all internal and external mails in a prompt & accurate manner. Provide consistent & reliable service to the company. Handles delivery and collection of consignments for hotel guests and event attendees Handle deliveries to and from Marina Bay Sands’ offsite offices. Purchase required items urgently for the company when required. Able to drive the company vehicle for operational purposes when required. Conform to Singapore driving laws and respect traffic/road instructions when doing offsite deliveries.  Able to adapt to request for traffic management deployment when required for smooth event operation. Adhere to company’s regulations when using company’s property whilst making offsite deliveries. Update superior on issues pertaining to the company vehicle or property. Observe the workplace safety and health procedures when on duty. Assist in forklift operations as and when needed. Provide truck operations support as and when needed.

Job Requirements

Possess a valid Singapore driving license; Class 3 and Class 4 with 1 year of local driving experience and be familiar with the roads, organizations and places in Singapore preferred. Willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary. Able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment. Able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. Able to get along with fellow team members/other departments and work as a team. Aware of individual’s safety and be mindful when on the road. Mature in disposition, and have a well-groomed, professional appearance. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and external parties. Must be able to move freely about all offices to perform duties as required. Must be able to response to visual and aural cues.
