Responsibilities
Analyze enhancement/ implementation requests Act as a bridge between IT and the Business in the project management Collaborate with IT and the Business to propose suitable solutions Prepare specifications, resource estimation, planning/ roadmap, test scenarios and release documentation Ensure timely releases according to project roadmap Discuss/ influence/ socialize among stakeholders to form organizational agreements on project goal, concept, and requirements. Initiate optimization plans on banking process to establish projectsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree with min. 6-10 years of experience in the banking sector or banking related project experience with a consulting firm Background in Project Management, Business Analysis, and/ or Business Process Reengineering Good knowledge of bank operations and system used in the relevant processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience in business process reengineering and project implementation Well verse in project management methodology e.g. waterfall or agile-
