a.Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of D365; business analysis and requirement gathering through customer-client workshops to effectively understand business needs and strategies to be able to offer the most appropriate and tailored solution to the customer. b.Producing appropriate documentation to a high standard according to project methodology and phase. c.Designing Microsoft Dynamics D365 modifications to allow the customer to perform any procedures which have been identified as gaps. d.Presenting to prospects and customers at all levels of the customer business. e.Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally, internally and externally. f.Training of end users & ongoing support to customers following successful product implementation.

•Monitor daily activities and output of D365 CE functional and technical consultants•Provide regular feedback to consultants though the performance reviews process •Define training needs and provide mentoring to consultants for career development •Attract and retain expert consultants•Collaborating on marketing, sales, and support efforts, directly contributing to design and delivery activities

Expertise & Qualification

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information technology or equivalent professional qualification.
