We are looking for motivated individuals who are committed to offering patient-centred and proficient diabetes care for our patients in our Diabetes Centre Team.
Our Diabetes Centre’s mission is to enable people with diabetes mellitus to live a fulfilling life through care, guidance and support. This is a busy and dynamic service that operates Monday to Friday, with periodic patient education and public engagement programs in the weekends. There will be many patients with a wide variety of diabetes-related conditions presenting to our team and you will find plentiful opportunities to learn, with close interactions with our multi-disciplinary team made of experienced Endocrinologists and passionate Allied Health Professionals.
You are required to be easily accessible to clinical staff in person or by phone during normal working hours to provide advice on the treatment and management of patients. You will be an integral part of the team providing comprehensive clinical care, in consultation with Endocrinologists, for patients with complex diabetes and diabetes complications.
In addition to clinical care, as part of the team, you will be responsible for our community engagement efforts as well as in the diabetes specialty programs that we have for our patients. Through these activities we hope to empower you to become resourced individuals who have a niche in the field of diabetic care and services.

Job Requirements Possess a qualification from one the Universities/Medical Institutions listed in the Schedules of the Singapore Medical Council. Registered as a medical doctor in the country of conferment of medical qualification and last place(s) of practise Possess at least 2 years of working experience as a Family Physician (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline Remain in active clinical practise for the immediate past 3 years MOPEX Medical Officers with relevant experience may apply too. Candidate whose basic medical qualification is not conducted in the English language must provide evidence of English Proficiency and meet the acceptable score specified by the Singapore Medical Council Must be granted medical registration by the Singapore Medical Council
