About the role
McConnell Dowell is seeking to hire an experienced Surveyor for a marine works project in the East.

Key responsibilities of the role include;
Timely provision of effective surveying services to the project Implementing pertinent requirements of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) including referenced procedures. Establishing and /or verifying control data for the works Establishing the position and location of all permanent and temporary structures within the specified tolerances Establish and /or verifying benchmarks and recovery points Provide data as necessary to facilitate engineering and design Provision of positional verification services Collection of accurate As-built data Compliance with the Safety and Environmental Responsibilities as specified Procurement and maintenance of survey equipment, including the organization of any equipment/instrument calibrations. Engineering exercises as required; volumes, earthworks, quantity take-offs  Provide field survey information to construction staff Organise survey activities so as to avoid delays to the construction works About You
To be considered for this role, you will have
Relevant tertiary qualification in surveying. Minimum of 6 years surveying experience in the construction industry. Self-sufficient, requiring minimal supervision. Can lead, organise, and motivate others. Competent in use of Survey packages. Ability to communicate with construction field staff and co-ordinate on survey issues Able to work on alternate Saturdays. Transport pick up at Tanah Merah MRT.
