Our technical approach is built on the Google Cloud Platform. This allows us to easily gather data from various CRM systems through native API integrations, create reliable data pipelines using tools like DBT, and apply cloud machine learning with services like VertexAI, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
Through these technologies, we aim to provide real estate agents with immediately actionable insights quickly and accurately. This isn't just about making processes faster or more efficient, but about creating a future where real estate professionals can do more, explore more, and achieve more by leveraging the power of AI.

What You'll Do:
Embark on a transformative journey with us as a Cloud Data Engineer (ML). As a cornerstone of our tech-driven vision, your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and honing the system architecture, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our solutions, and contributing significantly to the advancement of our platform.
Your role will encompass the orchestration of seamless data pipelines, the development and deployment of cloud-based machine learning models, and the continuous optimisation of these solutions to ensure real estate professionals are always a step ahead in their market engagements. The fusion of your innovative solutions with our vision will redefine CRM engagement in real estate, making every contact a stepping stone to potential listings and ensuring agents are always in the know, ready to seize every opportunity.

Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines from various CRM systems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. Utilise tools like DBT for robust data engineering, creating, optimising, and managing data pipelines that form the backbone of our machine learning solutions. Drive the end-to-end machine learning project lifecycle from conceptualisation, data collection, model development, deployment, monitoring, and refining. Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using GCP services like VertexAI, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that empower real estate agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and continuously improve our machine learning frameworks and architecture.Key Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services, particularly in data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, and machine learning. 2+ years experience with Cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform), including experience in building / leveraging APIs, DBT pipelines, VertexAI, and other GCP services. Strong skills in Python, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment and integrating them with real-time analytics solutions. (Optional) Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.Why Join Us?
