Project Title: ADTS CVD NAND Replacement Gate Metallization Development
Description:
To provide students with training and practical experiences in process optimization and design of experiments to improve device capability, reliability, yield and efficiency.
Scope:
provide inputs to the development and optimization of CVD processes for semiconductor manufacturing. assist in conducting experiments and data analysis (through JMP and Y3) to evaluate and improve existing processes Help to solve and address process and equipment-related issues, ensuring efficient and reliable production. Contribute to the design and execution of experiments aimed at process parameter and equipment optimization. Note down experimental procedures, results, and observations to share with the team and for future reference. Participate in group discussions to support integration of new process. Assist in the implementation of process and equipment control strategies to improve yield and reduce variability. To ensure accurate functioning and calibration of tools used in the CVD processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by finding opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction in both processes and equipment. Be introduced to surface and analytical characterization techniques in the industry such as TOF-SIMS, MDM, XPS, SEM, TEM, etc.
Deliverable:
To find opportunities and innovative solutions to improve current CVD process and equipment qualifications while ensuring safety and quality.
Skills Require:
Strong curiosity about semiconductor manufacturing, process development, and equipment engineering. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Currently enrolled in an engineering or science program at a recognized university
