We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Marketing, Citi Commercial Bank - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Marketing Manager - C12 ) based in Singapore. As AVP, Marketing for Citi Commercial Bank, you play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at building the bank's brand equity within the commercial banking sector, and growing the market and wallet share of the business.

We are seeking for a highly energetic and driven individual for this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic settings, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results under pressure.

The successful candidate will also have proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversions.

In this role, you’re expected to:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Produce high-quality client communications such as email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content and brochures. Develop and execute high-quality events, ensure that they are aligned to marketing objectives. Enter into paid media partnerships to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition. Ensure adherence to marketing budgets. Manager vendor relationships, contracts and service agreements to support marketing initiatives. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Work closely with senior leaders, relationship managers, global marketing teammates, and other parts of the bank to create effective strategies that articulate the USPs of the business and the bank. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

 5-8 years of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at once, and work well under pressure Detail and customer-service oriented Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, and interact with all levels of management Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence Working cross-functionally and experience with ambiguity and managing complexities Excellent digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement

Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
