Business Development Manager, Off Highway and Industrial

Your Challenge
Keep track of market development in terms of product application trends, Define the new business opportunities, identify new market field and build up business partnership or new business model with new emerging channels (e.g.: E-Commerce) in order to be market leader instead of follower. Cross-functional project lead and local / regional coordination of Strategic Initiatives Identify, analyze and develop competitive Off-highway range bases on regional requirements and implement a business plan accordingly. Track major competitors, key market trends and take/propose the actions to grow M+H share of wallets of main customers and overseeing new project initiatives. Timely feedback to PM and pricing team in terms of the product development priority and price positioning to strengthen M+H competitive product range. Monitor SKUs development and sales reports by segment level, identify the gaps (flop items, customers etc..), and take/propose quick actions to fill the gaps. Cooperate with Sales Manager to take quick actions to fill the gaps in PC, CV and IF strategies. Work closely with regional sales team to develop segmental channel strategy and commercial terms to support the overall segment growth. Develop new value-added services for better customer obsession (e.g.: Customer portal, Part number Monitoring system). Execute Fleet Management activitiesMaintenance of Sales Platform such as CRM or Mapping tools. Provide technical and sales support for sales and marketing activities. Filtration Training of AA Staffs and helping team members develop their skills. Coordinate and lead ITGs activities
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education 5+ years of relevant work experience in the aftermarket sector or Sales in automotive/industry Aftermarket segment Experience in cross-functional project lead and project coordination Knowledge of Mann Hummel Product range as well as customer´s business. Business acumen, Strong data analytic skills, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure Leadership skills, conflict management, presentation and communication skills MS office skills Proficient in English (written & spoken) and preferably one other foreign language.Are you full of ideas?
