Project (Admin) Mgr 3

For assigned products and programs execute supply chain programs that support delivery, reduce supply risk, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow Attend production meetings, represent shortages to internal and external stakeholders. Trouble shoots and diagnoses and resolves root causes and corrective actions for misalignments such as, planning errors, unplanned demand, ECO implementation, item attribute and external supply related constraints. Maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment contracts inclusive of analyzing and updating quantities, maintaining proper ERP system set up, keeping applicable contractual liabilities and amendments current, mitigating Ichor’s liability, resolving delivery discrepancies, providing forecasts to suppliers, and ensuring suppliers are performing to contractual service levels Understands and can demonstrate, diagram, and measure all value-add activities in a products value chain Other duties as assigned
Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering preferred Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in more than one operational discipline Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; Oracle, SAP and Agile preferred Advanced Excel knowledge
