Weare hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to be a part of our In The Ear (ITE)Development team.

What you will do

Realize mechanical design and drawings in MCAD for brand A and derivatives for brand X with special attention to tolerance analysis, ID and tooling realization
System integration of hearing aids in regards of mechanical engineering and design / hardware development of hearing aids and their features
Assist in production transfer and product ramp-up processes to streamline manufacturing operations
Manage BOM creation and maintenance within the PLM system for accurate inventory management
Create, review, and release test specifications and reports, conducting evaluation and verification through component measurements and development of component tests and test equipment.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as product developer/ plastic part design (injection molding) Experience in area of medical technology, material properties and selection (desirable plastic materials) or ePLM systems would be beneficial Good analytical skills and able to work and communicate in a global environment
