This is an exciting opportunity for an Intern looking to learn more about underwriting within our dynamic and inclusive team in Singapore. To be successful in this role you will have underwriting experience in D&O, FIPI, IMI and Financial Crime and already have an established profile and network. This is an active contributor role for an individual with a strong desire and willingness to develop a profitable book of business.

Core   Responsibilities:

Expand Everest Re business profitably in the targeted lines of business and territories in Asia Pacific Underwriting work from opportunity identification, data input, risk analysis, deal negotiation to its conclusion including filing and report. Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients and brokers Work with team on deals maintenance including data management and operational processes. Undertake various business planning projects and research activities

Analytical minded, meticulous with numbers, keen sense of identifying trends, effective communicator and a team player In depth knowledge of Excel with skills in macro programming Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication Team player with open mindset Strong attention to detail
