JOB SCOPE
Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement and event strategies, programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and values. Identify key engagement drivers to create new or make improvements to existing events to address them. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance engagement strategies and programs. Develop event concepts, themes and detailed plan with purpose, goals, budget, and logistics. Manage end-to-end event logistics such as catering, entertainment, location etc. Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events. Develop and maintain communication plans to promote engagement initiatives and keep employees informed. Ensure events are effectively promoted through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement. Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven improvements. Prepare and present event reports, including financial summaries. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement for future events.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in event planning and management, with track record of successful events. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
