JOB SCOPE

Responsible for enforcing internal controls and standard operating procedures. Complies with all regulatory reporting requirements and key controls. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervise and train Cage Cashiers and Senior Cage Cashiers who process various financial transactions for casino guests. Check Cashier transactions as per Cage policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and company policies and procedures. Support the Cage Shift Manager in maintaining balanced banks within the Cage at the end of each shift, following departmental variance policies. Handle and resolve disputes. Recommend procedure changes for operational efficiency. Upkeep preventative maintenance on cage equipment and calls service as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all matters regarding guests, team members and the business operations. Ensure customer service standards are exceeded at all times and all departmental personnel are committed to excellence in the performance of their assigned duties. Foster a positive work environment that champions customer service, teamwork, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction. Evaluate and counsel direct reports to maintain and enhance operations of the Department. Serve as a role model to all team members at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum secondary / high school education preferred Minimum three (3) years of previous cage experience with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Experienced in both management and casino cage operations, demonstrating leadership abilities and a flair for numbers. Skilled in handling all Casino Cage banking operations and window functions with precision and efficiency. Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide exceptional customer service. Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on weekends and public holidays
