Mission Description:

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and team members on PMO processes and tools.

Profile Requirement:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role, with a strong background in IT project management.
  • Be fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Be proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
