The Job

Our client is seeking experienced and highly skilled Automation Engineers to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be involved in the full project life cycle, playing a crucial role in the design, configuration, implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of manufacturing automation solutions. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in supporting clients within the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support manufacturing automation solutions throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Utilize DeltaV DCS and DeltaV Batch experience to ensure the successful execution of automation projects.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, demonstrating excellent customer orientation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and contribute to project success.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring the seamless operation of automation systems.
  • Apply knowledge of the GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing automation solutions.
  • Expertise in DeltaV DCS and DeltaV Batch is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries.
  • Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and overcome obstacles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, or Bio-Process Engineering, or a related field.
