Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and strategic digital marketing leader to join our team and drive high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, overseeing Salesforce implementation and utilization, and partnering the Business Units to lead campaign planning and execution from ideation to optimization.


Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience insights to inform decision-making.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward goals.
  • Prioritize marketing initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • CRM & Salesforce Integration:
    • Oversee the planning, integration, implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM.
    • Develop and manage automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
    • Use Salesforce data for analysis to segment audiences and personalize marketing messages.
    • Train and support internal teams on Salesforce usage.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create and manage high-quality social media content including graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Optimize social media campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and communities.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and messaging aligned with brand voice and target audience.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, copywriting, and development.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Other Brand & Marketing Scope of Work

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the securities industry.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of brand, marketing & communications efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Job Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, preferably with hands-on experience in campaign automation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Creative and passionate about digital marketing and the latest trends.
