Key responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Growth:

Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year business development plan to expand the overseas business unit. Define long-term manufacturing strategies to align production capabilities with organizational objectives, emphasizing cost control, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Operational and Financial Excellence:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. Manage budgets and P&L to meet financial goals, optimize costs, and improve margins while maintaining high-quality standards.

Team Development and Leadership:

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including general managers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Drive workforce development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Customer-Centric Manufacturing:

Align manufacturing operations with customer expectations and market demands. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to integrate customer feedback into production and product development processes.

Innovation and Risk Management:

Stay abreast of technological advancements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and scalability through automation and digital tools. Proactively identify and mitigate risks in production, supply chains, and regulatory compliance, ensuring business continuity

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within contract manufacturing operations. Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in managing complex projects. Willingness to travel as required.
