Singapur, Singapore Marks & Clerk Full time

Singapore’s market for IP services continues to enjoy significant growth thanks to the country's status as an IP Hub, changes to the Patents Act and the availability of Government and private funding.

To meet this demand, we are looking for attorneys qualified in Singapore, UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand, ideally with one to five years' post-qualification experience in any discipline - eg. physics, computer science, engineering, chemistry, etc.

Initially, the successful candidate will be working with the partners and professional staff to manage existing clients. Over time, the candidate will be expected to build their practice which will include participating in the firm’s business development activities to strengthen our domestic and regional client base further.

We welcome dynamic and personable candidates to join our friendly and supportive working environment and contribute to the fast growing IP scene in Singapore. The successful candidate is encouraged to qualify as a Singapore patent attorney and the firm will offer assistance in achieving this goal. Depending on your professional qualifications and subject to receiving appropriate exemptions, this may involve passing only the qualifying examination in Knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Practice in Singapore.

Marks & Clerk Singapore LLP is part of the international group with 16 offices worldwide. The Singapore office currently has 14 Patent Attorneys who are qualified in at least one jurisdiction. We are frequently rated a Tier 1 firm and have been awarded Singapore Prosecution Firm of the Year by Managing Intellectual Property for four consecutive years since 2014.
