The Job

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, and a strong background in backend marketing tasks. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, product development, and design teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize InDesign and Photoshop to create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional content.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support marketing operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing operations function and implement best practices to enhance workflow and productivity.

The Profile

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of marketing operations and content creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • You have at least 4 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.

  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
