Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets related to sales, inventory, and consumer behavior within the FMCG sector.
  • Develop, design, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to understand data needs and identify trends in the FMCG market.
  • Conduct data modeling and forecasting to assist in planning and decision-making.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data sources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation.
  • Support data governance and data quality initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, with hands-on experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with FMCG business operations and market dynamics is highly preferred.
