What You’ll Do
The Consulting Solution Manager is a hands-on architect accountable for articulating, architecting & actively assisting with selling & delivery of Oracle Consulting’s service offerings around integrating the entire Oracle Cloud (& On-premise) Technology stack with the Business Requirements of our clients in order to deliver transformation. As a Consulting Solution Manager, you will:
 

Owns the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and coordinated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products Act as a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families Assist in the growth and development of the digital (UX/DX) domain for consulting in ASEAN and SAGE. Provide hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities Works directly with consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and carries a soft quota Leading key projects delivery as the engagement lead and solution advisor Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management

15+ years of experience in Consulting (from leading Consulting company) and software industry specifically in Middleware with recent Cloud related experience
 

Leading key projects delivery as the solution architect, hands-on lead developers, and/or technical leader Proven communicator, ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives Ability to handle multiple delivery engagements Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management Hands-on development of deliverable applying formal structured methodology Assisting in the growth and development of the PaaS and IaaS, domain for Consulting and providing hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities Experience in working with public/government sector is highly preferred Experience in crafting Custom Cloud application Experience with Middleware Technology, Security, and Java Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS and related tools, GoldenGate, Enterprise Manager Suite Experience and understands Microservice architecture with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes Experience in DevOps Practice and tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc. Knowledge in Mobile Application Development tools and architecture. Knowledge in NoSQL DB, BigData architecture. Experience in Infrastructure Cloud like AWS, MS Azure Experience in Platform Cloud like Mulesoft, SalesForce, IBM Cloud etc
