THE MOVING VISUALS CO. is one of Asia’s leading content creators.
Founded in 1998 in Singapore, we create compelling content for TV and media platforms. We specialise in factual entertainment in English, Chinese and Malay, and also also produce a wide range of scripted and branded content. With over two decades of experience, we enjoy making a positive difference through our work, and live by the motto to never be boring.
Our shows have been screened worldwide, and won prestigious awards and accolades internationally at the Banff World Media Festival; Japan Prize; New York Festivals, and Asian TV Awards among others.
The Moving Visuals Co. continues to spearhead exciting creative concepts and productions in Asia and worldwide. We are a founding member of the Association of Independent Producers (AIPRO) in Singapore, and work actively to promote the industry.
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Creating or maintaining a specific look and feel for a television station or broadcasting company.
- Creating graphics concepts and designs, having a working knowledge of specific computer programs and graphic software, being able to produce high-quality work under extremely tight deadlines, and maintaining a corporate image or brand’s specific graphic look and feel.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- full of ideas
- open to learning new tools and techniques
- open to adapting and translating designs across different mediums, e.g., from static layouts to motion graphics.
- a love for entertainment and cutting-edge graphics
- a creative eye for detail
- a solid sense of visualization, colors, text & layout for print, web and screen graphics
- good knowledge of After Effects and some 3D animation software
- experience in creating broadcast design and motion graphics
- ability to get creative with fonts and typography
- a strong feel for current commercial styles and trends
- solid photoshop, illustrator, InDesign & other social media creation tools
- traditional art and illustration skills
- at least 2-3 years’ experience in related field
