Job Description

Manage plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Work cross functionally to confirm wafer start readiness to support on time delivery.  Planning of Daily Production Plan, manage WIP to meet factory KPI includes cycle time or on time delivery KPI.  Coordinates production plans to ensure materials/ Spec confirmations are provided according to schedules in line with Wafer start, FI plan, VI Plan and shipment plans.  Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.  Monitor Engineering Samples to ensure on time delivery to meet Engineering Sample demand.  Coordinate with NPI/Development Team on new product arrangements.  Keep paperwork organized, compilation and presentation of regular production and planning reports.  Setup procedure / protocol to handle engineering sample for team continues improvement . 

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics etc.)  Proven experience as production planner, minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor or electronics industry  Good understanding of process cycle time and product quality accountability.  Working experience with Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) (e.g., SAP, CIM) & Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)  Working experience with NPI planning.  Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills  Good communication and computer skill
