Responsibilities: 

  • Production and Material Scheduling: Schedule production and procure materials to meet customer demand, ensuring timely availability at the finished goods warehouse.
  • Issue Troubleshooting and Coordination: Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with various departments, both on and off-site, to resolve them.
  • Communication and Prioritization: Communicate production and procurement schedules, addressing arising issues, and prioritize and track process and purchase orders to meet customer demand.
  • Decision Making and Improvement: Make impactful scheduling and procurement decisions, continuously improve systems and workflows, and contribute to planning discussions.
  • Quality Control and Stock Management: Support the QC department with rework materials, address blocked/slow-moving stock, maintain product compatibility, and respond to escalations.
  • Reporting and Policy Setting: Monitor and report key performance indicators, assist in setting stock policies, generate month-end and weekly reports, and investigate and respond to customer complaints.

 

Requirements:

  • GCE “N” / “O” Level and above
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in production planning within manufacturing industry 
  • Extensive experience with SAP processes in Sales & Distribution and Production Planning modules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and participate in improvement projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
