Job Summary

Manages all aspects of developing proposals and responses to client requests at the country and/or service line level (or project complexity levels 1 to 3). Ensures the proposal is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality whilst maintaining a focus on providing a solution that meets our client's needs, whilst adequately understanding and managing HSSE, financial, contractual and technical risk. Works in close collaboration with sales/BD, technical and project management teams. Manages the proposal development team, as well as the proposal approval process (where applicable). May peer review proposals where requested at the local and/or Service Line level.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Coming from a strong operational and commercial background, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality technical and commercial proposals to meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, analysing and accurately assessing all client requirements

Coordinate and compile of all aspects of the tender in accordance with processes, client bid requirements and tender deadlines, including liaison with internal departments and preparation of robust tender costing

Maintain communication with client and support in obtaining client feedback on tenders submitted

About you:

Degree in Engineering

Sound knowledge from performing an offshore role is preferable

High attention to detail

Ability to prioritise and work well to demanding deadlines under pressure

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships at all levels of the company

Pro-active, positive and flexible approach to work

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
