Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary Range: $2500- 3500
Working Location: Alexandra Rd (Near to Labrador Park)
Company Background: Aesthetic Services Provider
Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 11am to 8.30pm & Sat/Sun/PH 10am to 7.30pm
Rest days: 5 off days in a month
Benefits: Commissions, $100 attendance allowance, OT, AWS to all confirmed staffs, Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, Good Career Prospect, Medical and Insurance

Job Descriptions:
- Provide first level of support and customer service
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
- Listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
- Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries
- Handle administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a sense of urgency
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to commit retail hours
- Able and willing to accept 6-months bond agreement with company due to the provided training by company
