Team Introduction
The team is responsible for setting the TikTok content strategies for the Asia-Pacific market through OKR, metrics setting, program management etc. and will work closely with global/regional creator and publisher teams to ensure vertical alignment and best practices by identifying content opportunities, market challenges, competitive risks etc. This team will also represent country-specific and SEA perspective in designated Central work streams. Responsibilities- Oversee SEA content strategy building across creator and publisher space, ensuring vertical alignment and best practices.- Identify content opportunities, market challenges, competitive risks and bottlenecks to tackle.- Ensure alignments with the Central Creator, Publisher and Content Strategy & Policy teams' strategy and operational guidelines.- Represent and provide SEA perspectives in designated Central work streams.- Manage the programs and set OKRs for partner management framework and operational metrics.- Lead strategic planning process including annual planning, OKR setting, XFN planning and alignment for SEA markets.Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience and leadership in content data analysis and strategy development for SEA markets.- Strong understanding of content creator and publisher ecosystems.- Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.- Ability to align regional strategies with central objectives and guidelines.- Business proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications- Experience in providing consultation of data-driven strategy and business development.- Work experience in global tech companies and/or content platforms.
