Requirements

  • Strong understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware components and peripherals
  • Install and configure desktop operating systems, applications, and software updates.
  • Set up and troubleshoot hardware components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to analyze and solve hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals and support teams.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to the overall IT support function.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools for providing off-site support
