About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services. 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

My Wealth Planner Team in PFS-BPT is Middle Office facilitating compliance document post trade check on financial planning done by Client Advisors with their clients. You will be trained to handle completeness document check, updating of data and generating reports. Gradually, you will be trained to be an all-rounder within the team and cross-team.

Ensure completeness performed by Client Advisors on documents submitted Ensure compliance and meet SLA timeline Ensure timely data update on monthly basis Ensure timely rectification is done Raising/highlighting any concerns or observations to Team Head to enable proactive decision at a senior level. Timely retrieval of information/documents upon FAA/Compliance requirement Timely sending out of documents to be scanned into system To attend to assigned task periodic and ad-hoc basis, e.g. Projects, etc

Proficient in Microsoft Excel would be added advantage Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to multi-task and focus in fast-pace environment Able to handle work volumes Meticulous and compliance in handling documents Able to interact with internal and external colleagues of all level Have an open and positive mindset ready for new challenges Able to demonstrate as a great team player Able to work overtime upon required
