Job Description

Your Responsibilities
 

Ensure the execution and optimization of the supply chain and customer service processes for the Human Nutrition divisions in South East Asia, covering the entire product range: Flavors, Food, Specialty Ingredients, Health, and Wellness. Lead and manage the demand and supply planning, customer service, OEM management, warehousing, and logistics functions. Lead and plan the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and drive efficient business decisions to achieve the company's targets for both top-line and bottom-line growth. This position owns the S&OP process within the organization. Define a supply chain strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs, aligned with business strategies (short/long term). Lead OEM management, liaising with tollers and procurement teams to ensure the supply of finished products to customers. Responsible for leading new product launches in OEM to ensure cost, quality, and lead time meet customer requirements. Lead the customer service team in all business units to ensure that the agreed service level agreements are met according to commercial contracts. Manage the New Product Development process to ensure proper activities are in place from regulatory, product management, sales, finance, supply chain, and plants for successful product launches/switches. Lead and manage the supply chain team, fostering their development and growth, improving team engagement, building talent within our supply chain team, and ultimately delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Your Profile
  Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in customer service, import & export, and supply chain project management. Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Experience in OEM/toll manufacturing and end-to-end project delivery is a plus. Strong skills in S&OP, MPS, MRP, and capacity requirements planning management. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must. Fluency in Mandarin for liaising with foreign counterparts is a plus. Background in food & beverage manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
