Responsibilities
Daily operational and technical support to end users on hardware, software and basic network issues.
Coordinate and manage IT support activities across multiple site offices.
ITIL with strong emphasis on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
IBM Lotus Notes/Domino Administration.
Server/Network/Firewall Administration.
Resolve Level 1 and 2 PC/Application Issues.
Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.
Documentation.
Ad-hoc IT Projects.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent.
1-2 years of MS Windows Server Systems Administration experience and IBM Lotus Notes/Domino System Administration.
Familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop/Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting.
Certifications in IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous.
Team player and positive attitude to learning.
