As an Emerging Commerce Solutions Catalyst, your core job is to engage with transaction banking clients and internal stakeholders to identify mutually achievable outcomes, growth opportunities and generate a point-of-view. You then take the outcome of this initial discovery work all the way to execution either via new solution build or aligning existing solutions with client needs. 

You will work with clients (global) across a variety of industries and products. You bring a consultant mindset, are curious by nature and have an entrepreneurial viewpoint. You are a strategic professional who stays abreast of advances in your field and apply these to your job. You are commercially focused and able to translate ideas into commercially relevant propositions.

Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. You possess a high energy, can-do attitude, able to manage multiple priorities, are self-motivated to start and enthusiastic to the finish line, able to learn quickly and have a strong work ethic.

This role is situated within the Partnerships and Innovation vertical and is based in Singapore

Responsibilities:

Calls on business leaders to form and deepen relationships and proactively organizes, responds to, uncovers future-centric cross-functional collaboration opportunities within Citi Services Works with subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized programs that meet internal or client needs Identifies cross-functional innovation opportunities to break organizational siloes and maximize ROI on technology investment; Keeps up with the market trends in the range of topics from AI, ESG, Smart Payments, Commerce etc. Drives Citi innovation brand internally and externally, helps embed innovation mindset within each product’s strategy Leads outreach and communication strategy and efforts internally and externally to educate and inform stakeholders on on-going/future programs Helps execute strategic initiatives launched by cross-functional innovation teams Networks with fintech partners to identify avenues for new business opportunities and partnerships Owns innovation methodology and governance Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies / guidelines at all time

Qualifications:

6-10 years of experience. Good communication skills. Negotiation skills with external stakeholders. Financial industry background has an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is required. Masters degree is "Good To Have"
