JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for forwarding and receiving all information pertaining to the department. Receive, record, and distribute various reports / information. Receive, record, and transmit guest requests accurately. Maintain and update administrative data. Assist with daily supplies order and financial reports. Respond to special requests for functions, outlets and guests in a timely manner through emails and telephone conversations. Maintain monthly attendance records. Coordinate & follow up with other departments. Any other job-related duties as assigned by superior. Perform all duties in accordance with Marina Bay Sands policies and within the realm of the Marina Bay Sands Company vision, mission, and values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

Minimum secondary school graduate

Experience

At least 1 year in a similar role in a Deluxe Hotel Floral/Housekeeping or related environment. Ability to successfully operate in a large-scale high-pressure environment with sudden change in business levels.

Competencies

Possess a good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin to communicate with fellow Chinese speaking colleagues and give clear instructions over the phone & email for work purpose. Able to obtain and ensure appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment preferred. Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude. Able to work rotating shifts, during weekends and public holidays. Excellent time management, organizational, communication and motivational skills.
