Synpulse is looking for self-motivated candidates with excellentacademic records, a pronounced interest in financial services consulting, andexceptional interpersonal skills to join our Singapore-based team as afull-time intern.

This will be a valuable experience to gain practical industryknowledge for any student pursuing a career in Banking and Consulting. We arelooking for the next generation of consultants with willingness to learn andthrive, and with ambition to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with our internal colleagues to understand integration approach and design principles across different workstreams and geographical locations. Synthesize complex information gathered from interviews into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Collaborate with other intern and Synpulse colleagues to create a change management deck and marketing material which will be serve as a talking point to our potential clients. Present key findings and recommendation to senior management and partner. Support management team or colleagues on ad-hoc business development tasks.

About you:

Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (ideally 3rd/final year students). Prior internship experience is a plus, although not a must have, within Banking or Consulting. Eager to learn and work with various departments within Synpulse. Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to lead and direct the analysis processes. Highly analytical and structured in problem solving. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues. Excellent spoken and written English.
