Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Segment Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition of fixed services within the SME segment. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute marketing campaigns that amplify brand visibility, engage customers, and generate leads. Make an Impact by

Driving new subscriber growth for business services by developing and implementing effective communication strategies. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and traditional media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding including development of ad/comms brief for external agency. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers through targeted marketing campaigns. Work closely with external agency, marcom team, sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support business goals. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to continuously refine communication strategies. Track and analyses weekly and monthly key performance indicators to ensure initiatives are on track to meet business objectives Manage and optimize marketing spent to ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

Skills for Success

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Min 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Proficient in MS Office tools, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
