Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our B2B team as an Associate in Account Management, specializing in sales support. The Associate will play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers in managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist Account Managers in preparing and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings. Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, and market trends to support business development efforts. Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Managers to address client concerns, resolve issues, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Account Management team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation. Assist in organizing and maintaining sales records, reports, and documentation to support decision-making and reporting requirements. Coordinate logistics for client events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support integrated sales and marketing initiatives. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Calendar Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
