Job Title: HSE Supervisor Location of work: Paya Lebar Quarter/PLQ3- Singapore Maybe travelling on site in Singapore - Industrial area Position type: Permanent Hire About the role: Position manages all site Safety, Security , Health and Environmental HSE processes as required by site operations.  Position manages HSE operations and ensures compliance with Global SSHE requirements.  Position is responsible for all aspects of site Safety program, Security and OIMS.  Assists SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM owners with the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures and technical guidelines in compliance with Safety Operations System and ensures compliance About the client/department: Regional Account/Enterprise Account Client dedicate role - MNC Oil & Gas Department: Project/Program -PMO A team of 8  What You’ll Do: Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs. Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes. Manage contractual contractor workforce ensuring efficient operations that are in compliance with CIMS and SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM requirements. Manages business continuity plans and executes required drills. Provides support to execute the work safely as per the safety standards and practices through constant field monitoring and coordination of the safety programs. Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance. Interfaces with Country Site Operations Team and provides guidance or direct involvement as required to help team meet expectations. Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs including liaison with local, state and federal officials for life safety issues when required. Develops and implements site E&PS SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM processes including working with site SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM owners in the development and operation of site systems.  Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented. Support for internal and external SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM assessments. Support for SSHE Incient investigations. Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Liaison with Business Unit for SSHE interfaces including SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM and coordination. Ensures site compliance with E&PS Safety manual, food safety guidelines, ergonomic requirements, PVMG & Safety Partnership Program (SPP) etc. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus No direct subordinates - independent contributor role. However may required to provide training to new personnel/vendors/contractors relating to HSE. The scope of an SSHE Supervisor can vary by site due to a variety of factors including: location, physical size, number of person seats, budget, service offerings, Business Unit size and requirements, etc. Additional factors include whether the facility is Client's owned or leased and in leased locations whether services are Client's or landlord managed.  What You'll Need to Know on KPI: Site SSHE metrics / record SSHE record of area including individual contractor records. Customer satisfaction results. Safety Performance metrics. Cost savings/value add initiatives. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Ideally someone from Industrial/Oil & Gas background In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. Knowledge of fire/life safety systems and equipment. Decision making and business judgment. Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.  Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mind. Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and Client expectations including SAFETY OPERATIONS SYSTEM and CIMS requirements.
