Responsibilities
Daily go-to manager for project team members - complaints, scheduling, people management, performance, accidents, incidents, motivation, personal issues etc. Bonus calculation and performance reviews Customer facing support - complaints, OT discrepancies, cost queries, incident management, performance issues, customer liaison, customer visits etc. Overtime approvals, margin calculations and costing sheet maintenance Liaison with customer regarding new hires and performance issues Customer management and coordination with internal departments Project team systems maintenanceQualifications
