Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
Position Overview
With our strong international growth, Tencent Cloud is offering a remarkable opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our Media Services Customer Success Internship program. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with industry professionals, research industry solutions, and support international customers in leveraging our audio and video products. This internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping the future of media services.
Responsibilities
Research industry solutions and analyze customer's business technology needs, aligning them with Tencent's audio and video products to develop valuable sales support materials. Collaborate with the business team to understand the technical structure of customers' media businesses and identify their needs and values in audio and video scenarios. Provide industry solutions and case studies for international markets, including OTT, social networking, gaming, education, and more. Conduct industry analysis and research to identify potential customers aligned with our objectives, and engage in business development activities.
Requirements:
Final-year undergraduates / graduate students with preference for majors in computer science or its equivalents. Able to commit for 6-month full-time or 3-day part-time internship. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and customer service awareness. Proficient in desk research and writing. Proficient in Chinese Mandarin would be a plus in order to communicate with China-based stakeholders and product teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high business sensitivity and learning ability. Self-motivated and responsible, with a passion for work, resilience to stress, and a collaborative spirit.#LI-JY1
