The business is looking for a Manager to support a team of Client Service Executives in the Global South Asia (GSA) market. This role will entail working closely with the Global South Asia (GSA) Market Head and reporting to the local Business Manager.

Your key responsibilities
Support team of Client Service Executives and Global South Asia (GSA) Market Head to handle daily business issues and escalations within the team and sub market
Understanding of all desk administration of the Client Service Executive role and ability to coordinate business approvals for Global South Asia (GSA) team
Act as emergency Client Service Executive coverage for the team when required
Participate and support in process improvement projects. This includes working closely with relevant stakeholders on implementation of various initiatives to enhance front office operations in a compliant manner
Lead on operational incidents and control enhancement, including defining and implementing controls and risk mitigation actions
Preparation of material/ presentations for key business review meetings and other regular/ ad-hoc senior management meetings.
Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant
Your skills and experience
8 or more years of relevant assistant relationship manager, client service executive or sales support experience supporting the relationship managers at AVP level
Working experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management business is a must.
Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 is a must
Minimum Degree qualification in the relevant discipline
Strong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
Self-motivated and goal orientated and a ‘can do’ personality, who is able to work in a high paced environment
Fluent (written and oral) in English
Excellent communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills
Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail coupled with a good sense of integrity.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
